Connecticut Franchisee opens another Bubbakoo’s in New Haven, CT

Hiren Patel, a multi-unit operator who recently opened our Meriden, CT location just opened North Haven, CT, an affluent New Haven suburb

This is the brand’s sixth location in the state. The Mexican fusion chain opened its first Connecticut location in Orange in January 2023 and gained momentum, opening in Norwalk, Stamford and Oxford then after.
